Shaughna Phillips says everything is 'so scary' after giving birth to first baby
Shaughna Phillips has opened up about having taken her newborn baby on a walk over the weekend, with her saying that "everything is [now] so scary all of a sudden".
The reality TV star, 28 - best known for having appeared on Love Island back in 2020 - announced the arrival of her daughter Lucia recently, following her birth last week.
She's since shared updates with her followers on Instagram, including taking to the platform yesterday to discuss having spent some time outdoors during the Easter weekend.
Shaughna revealed on the platform that she had taken Lucia out in her pram for a walk recently. The former islander is understood to have taken her dogs Bunnie and Biggie too.
Shaughna shared photos from the outing, including one which showed her stood behind the pram. She was seen wearing a grey hoodie and pants, along with brown boots.

She wrote alongside the photos: "Lucia's first dog walk. Everything is so scary all of a sudden. Cars are too loud, pavements are too bumpy, but we made it my dream girl".
The post has amassed more than 100,000 likes on the platform and prompted various responses from Shaughna's followers in the comments section over the weekend.
Responding to a fan who seemed to relate to the post, Shaughna added about the experience: "I started panicking that she might have hayfever. The anxiety is insane".
There had been praise for Shaughna in the comments section, including from one follower who said she had been "completely real" in her appearance on the outing.
Shaughna expressed gratitude over the comment and said: "I can honestly say for the first time in my life I truly realise how you look is the least important thing about you!"
She further commented in response to the follower on the platform: "I have never looked so rough but I've also never been this happy and in love in my entire life."
And she also wrote about how she was walking after having a c-section just last week. Shaughna teased to a follower about the recent outing: "I hobbled the entire way".
