Russian neo-Nazi Viacheslav Datsik recorded a first round knockout in less than a minute against Geronimo Dos Santos in a farcical fight.

Datsik, 43, has fought nine times as a professional kickboxer with seven wins and two defeats. The Russian also has an extensive MMA and boxing background, with his last win in the ring coming against former MMA star and convicted rapist Aleksandr Emelianenko.

The neo-Nazi switched to kickboxing for his latest fight as he took on veteran MMA fighter Dos Santos at Ural FC 2 in Samara, Russia. Despite taking place in a cage, the fight was under kickboxing rules which meant fighters were forced to walk back to their corner after securing a knockdown. Dos Santos has 70 MMA fights under his belt, but the Brazilian looked lost in the cage against Datsik as the fight got underway.

Datsik, who weighed 265lb, touched down gloves with Dos Santos as the fight got underway with the Russian looking a bit tentative on the feet. Dos Santos threw a looping overhand right that missed and the heavyweights clinched before Datsik landed a right hook on the break that floored Dos Santos. The Brazilian somehow got back to his feet but was still dazed when the referee got the fight underway again.

Dos Santos was caught with a jab to the body from Datsik, who just fell short with an overhand right. The neo-Nazi floored Dos Santos again with a left hook, leaving him facedown on the canvas. Dos Santos was asked if he wanted to continue by the referee, but the Brazilian signalled that his shoulder was injured and the fight was waved off.

Datsik made his MMA debut back in 1999 as he knocked out former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski in a massive upset. His fighting career came to an end in 2006 after a string of defeats as it became public that Datsik was a follower of the Slavic Union white supremacist organisation. The 42-year-old was then locked in a mental asylum only to flee to Norway after escaping from the institution in 2010.

Datsik has served a total of nine years in prison for various offences and in 2016 he was found guilty of hooliganism, breaking and entering and a "premeditated attack on the health of others" after a raid on brothels, where he forced prostitutes to walk through the streets naked. Datsik was handed a three-and-a-half-year sentence but was released after less than a year and has since resumed his fighting career.
