A billionaire Porsche heir who is divorcing his elderly wife because of her dementia-like illness has moved in with his new ex-model girlfriend, it has been claimed.

Executive Wolfgang Porsche is splitting from long-term partner Claudia saying that the illness has led to changes in her personality.

The tycoon is now reportedly living with 59-year-old Princess Inaara Aga Khan.

Also known as Gabriela Prinzessin zu Leiningen, it is claimed the pair have been friends for more than 25 years and have grown close.

The relationship has come to light after she accompanied the mega rich 79-year-old to the Maldives in January.

Claudia, who is a grandmother, has four carers who look after her around the clock and has been living with her daughter since 2021.

She has not been able to move independently for months and her mental awareness has undergone a rapid decline, the family says.

Close circle of friends of Princess Khan told Austrian media that the couple's decision to move in together came as both of them wanted to avoid spending time apart.

It has not been revealed whether they have moved into Porsche's house in Zell am See, Austria, or her luxurious villa in Munich.

Porsche stunned European high society when he filed for divorce from his wife, 74, saying that her illness has changed his life.

Wolfgang and Claudia have been together since 2007 and got married in 2019.

The Porsche family's assets have been estimated at €20billion (£18b).

She has not been able to move independently for months, according to local media, and her mental awareness has undergone a rapid decline.

Princess Inaara married billionaire Aga Khan IV, the Imam of the Nizari branch of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslims, in 1998, and the couple divorced 16 years later.

For the past 15 years, she has been working to combat AIDS, supporting the German AIDS Foundation.
