A bizarre duet between former President Donald Trump and a group of jailed January 6 Capitol rioters has knocked Miley Cyrus off the top of the charts.

The song, called Justice For All, sees Trump team up with the J6 Prison Choir, which is made up of people locked up for their involvement with the deadly riot.

On Saturday it booted Cyrus' smash hit Flowers from the top spot on iTunes' Top 100 list and has remained at the top since.

In the 2:24 minute song the former President recites the Pledge of Allegiance while the choir sings the US national anthem the Star Spangled Banner.

Trump boasted about the No 1 on his Truth Social platform.

He has announced he will run for a third time for the White House in the 2024 election.

The riot led to five deaths - one from gunshot, one from drug overdose and three from natural causes. Four officers went on to kill themselves within seven months of the attack.

Many hold Trump accountable for the riot after he told his supporters to go to head to the Capitol and “fight like hell” to keep Congress from certifying the results of the 2020 election.

According to reports the imprisoned choir recorded their parts of the track at the jail in Washington, DC, jail. Trump recorded his part from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

The official music video was also released on various platforms which shows dramatic shots of US landmarks with the flag waving in the foreground before cutting to clips of the rioting.

This included police pushing back rioters and firing gas canisters into the crowd as the lyrics of the anthem “rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air" are heard.

It also features the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbett, who was shot while trying to break through the doors into the Speaker's Lobby.

The song ends with the choir chanting 'USA' six times.

The video ends with the words “Supporting certain prisoners denied their constitutional rights” remaining on the screen.

This comes after the Justice Department has said Donald Trump can be held liable in court for the deadly actions of the rioters.

Two police officers are seeking to sue the former president over the January 6, 2021, insurrection.

Trump was furious he lost to Joe Biden in 2020 baselessly claiming the White House had been “stolen” from him.

He urged his MAGA followers to march on the Capitol that then broke out in violence.

The billionaire businessman has argued he was protected from the lawsuit by the immunity bestowed on a president performing his official duties.

An appeals court in December debated whether he was doing his job when he drew thousands of supporters to Washington DC with lies and told them they had to “fight like hell” to keep Congress from certifying the results of the 2020 election.
