Olivia Wilde's quest to 'move on' from Harry Styles as he 'starts new romance'
Despite Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde's insistence that their split was a mutual decision, sources claimed it hit the actress hard.
After all, their almost-two-year relationship had been a serious one, with Olivia reportedly considering a move to London to be closer to the former One Direction star.
And by all accounts, there was an intense passion between the pair, who met at a party for entertainment executive Irving Azoff.
At the time, Olivia - who turns 39 today - was in the process of splitting from fiancé, Ted Lasso actor Jason Sudeikis, 47.
Production was just beginning on Olivia's film, Don't Worry Darling, and after a row with lead actor, Shia LaBouf, Olivia replaced him with Harry, 29.

"It was only a matter of time before they got together," the source said.
However, the romance was plagued with bumps in the road - from Olivia and Jason's fiery custody battle to rumours of an on-set feud between Olivia and leading actress Florence Pugh.
And after being spotted looking tense on a night out in Los Angeles, on November 18 Olivia and Harry confirmed they were 'taking a break'.
"He's still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in LA," a source told People magazine.

"Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart."
Olivia slapped on a smile and was pictured heading to the gym, but behind the scenes she is said to have been 'very upset' over the end of their romance.
She flew out to Hawaii for a holiday with friends at the start of December, in a bid to 'decompress' and to 'try to move on' from her heartache.
"Olivia is still very much upset about the breakup," a source told US Weekly, adding that she had been 'leaning on friends' for support and had no interest in meeting anyone else.

Focussing on spending time with children, Daisy, six, and Otis, eight, she also enjoyed a day out to Disneyland with her little family.

Things turned nasty after Harry and Olivia went public at his manager's wedding in January 2021.
At the height of the animosity, Olivia was served with legal papers relating to their custody battle while giving a speech about Don't Worry Darling at Comic Con.
Jason later apologised, insisting he hadn't realised she would be served so publicly. He did, however, say he felt forced to take action after Olivia allegedly mooted the idea of moving the kids to the UK.
For his part, he wanted them to relocate to New York with him. A judge, however, sided with Olivia who argued that their home is in Los Angeles.
But all that bad blood appeared to be behind them as they hugged it out on the pavement after a meeting in LA last month.

"Jason and Olivia are on very good terms and have become friends again," an insider told the Daily Mail.
"Olivia and Jason have resolved any past issues and tension that was caused by their split.
"They are in constant communication via phone calls and text messages. Most importantly, they are happy in their own lives. This has made it so much easier for them to be on the same page and treat each other with respect."

However, The Mirror recently learned that Harry is in the early stages of a new relationship, although he is determined to keep the details quiet.
"Harry is seeing someone. He's going to great lengths to keep her identity quiet after the circus surrounding his relationship with Olivia," a source said.
"But his close circles all know about the romance. Though it's early days, things seem to be going well."
But far from being sad, Olivia, too, is apparently looking to the future and feeling ready to dip a toe back into the dating pool.
"Olivia is ready to date again, making it clear she's available, and she isn't looking for anything less than an amazing guy, a source told People.
"[She's] in a good place. She and Harry are good friends, there's no animosity whatsoever."
