Arsenal lose eight players and sign three as January transfer window closesTeam news
Arsenal were without Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus for their game against Bournemouth, while Leandro Trossard limped off early. "It is a worry, he came to me straight away and said he couldn't continue, he'd felt something when he was tracking back, so we had to take him off," Arteta said of Belgian international Trossard.
Jesus recently returned to training after picking up an injury on Brazil duty at the World Cup, while Nketiah missed out with a knock on Saturday. While Jesus is said to be "not far" from a return, this game could come too soon for him, though Nketiah could be in line to feature.
Jorginho returned from illness to take his place on the bench on Saturday, but fellow midfielder Mohamed Elneny looks set to be unavailable. No timescale has been given for the return of the Egyptian, who last featured in January.
Sporting could include former Arsenal star Hector Bellerin in their XI, after the right-back scored his first goal for the club in February. However, they will be without Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte, who is suspended after picking up two bookings in the Champions League group stage and another yellow against Midtjylland.
