Love Island's Anna-May Robey has confessed she had concerns Jessie Wynter was "playing a game" with popular Islander Will Young.

The 20-year-old Welsh lass spilled the tea as she joined the Daily Mirror in an Instagram live video today, giving her insider knowledge on the dynamics within the villa.

As she chatted about all things Love Island, Anna-May gave her opinion on the couples including Will, 23, and 26-year-old Jessie who seem to be going from strength to strength.

When Jessie entered the villa alongside Australian bombshell Aaron Waters, she made a beeline for farmer Will. The pair hit it off and are now very smitten as one of the few solid couples in the series so far.

However Anna-May, who was dumped from the villa alongside Haris Namani, admitted she wasn't sure if Jessie's feelings were genuine at first.

Speaking exclusively to the Mirror in an Instagram Live, she said: "I used to think Jessie was playing a bit of a game but now, I've seen a bit more, they seem to be quite comfortable with each other."

Anna-May added: "I think Will really likes her, doesn't he?"

When asked why she thought Jessie might be playing a game, Anna-May explained: "So it was only because she's done Love Island before and watched the show before coming in and I kind of think she came in and didn't really give anyone a chance but Will.

"She went straight to Will and, I think at the beginning, she thought it was more of a friend vibe with him – she said he wasn't really her type.

"So, yeah, I think maybe their conversations could have developed a bit after that. But because she didn't give anyone else a chance and she knew the public loved Will and stuff maybe that's why she went for him in a way," Anna-May suggested.

"I'm not sure, but they do seem really comfortable now anyway," the Welsh beauty continued. "She doesn't seem to give the bombshells much of a chance by what I've seen, either so I think they are quite good together."

It comes after fans shared their theories that the Aussie girl is "looking for an excuse" to dump Will, after she got annoyed with him over his reaction to Ellie picking him in a game.

Bombshell Ellie popped a balloon against Will and he acted like he enjoyed it, which upset Jessie and she told him later she felt it was a "bit much".

As she shared her feelings to Will, viewers reacted to the moment as one said: "I really hope Jessie was jealous and not just looking for an excuse to end it with Will."

Another said: "Jessie looking to bounce as soon as she can from Will. She's already told him he gave her the ick. The first warning shot."
