Patrick Mahomes' younger brother accused of 'forcibly kissing' female bar owner
The younger brother of Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes, Jackson, has been accused of 'forcibly kissing' a 40-year-old woman in a bar just outside of Kansas City.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place on February 25 at Aspens Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, just 12 miles away from Kansas City, near the Kansas and Missouri border.
The Kansas City Star reported that the younger Mahomes, 22, has been accused of forcibly kissing the female owner of the bar on a couple of occasions, after he also allegedly shoved a 19-year-old male waiter. The woman, named as Aspen Vaughn, said she had a video of the alleged moment.
Vaughan had spoken to the Kansas City Star. She told the outlet: "He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere. And I'm telling him, pushing him off saying 'what are you doing'?
"Then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he's big and massive."

When asked what was said during the incident, Vaughn stated that she told Mahomes: "It's disgusting. Like you're a child and he was trying to say 'we should be a power couple,' and I'm like 'clearly you're out of your mind right now'.
Meanwhile, the teenage waiter, who chose to remain unnamed, said: "I was going into our office downstairs where the employees are in the employee area, and he's downstairs for I don't know what reason. I'm trying to get to the office, and he's like, pushing me out. … And he's like, 'No, get out, get out'."
Mahomes' laywer, Brandan Davies has vehemently denied the allegations.
Jackson Mahomes' brother has denied the allegations"Jackson has done nothing wrong," the attorney told the Star. "Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson's accuser including the statements of several witnesses.
"We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.'"
A statement given to the Star from the local authorities read: "The Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023, at a business near 151st and Metcalf. The department is still investigating.
"Releasing any additional information would be inappropriate at this time. Anyone with information should contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS."
