Cara Delevingne appeared a picture of happiness as she was snapped holding hands with her new girlfriend Minke as they attended a Harry Styles show.

The loved-up pair were photographed hand-in-hand as they walked to the Kia Forum arena in California for the As It Was singer's Love on Tour gig.

Model Cara, 30, looked assertive as she navigated the crowds while clutching her musician lover, 31, whose real name is Leah Mason.

Both cut casual figures with smart jackets and jeans as they stepped out for the concert – with Cara finishing off her look with a grey suit jacket.

Minke maintained her relaxed get-up as she wrapped up warm with a black beanie hat, letting her long locks flow from either side of the headwear.

The pair confirmed their relationship earlier last year after they were spotted packing on the PDA in Portofino, Italy in June – sharing a cheeky kiss.

Minke and Cara have maintained a low profile since, but walked proudly together during their latest outing in California this week.

It comes after Cara claimed making her documentary Planet Sex changed her life as she revealed hopes it will help others struggling with their sexuality.

She admitted feeling suicidal in the past, but filming has made her more content than ever.

Cara said: "It has very much changed my life. Now I’m happier than I’ve ever been. I feel really, really proud of what we created."

Cara, who is gender fluid and bisexual, with more long-term relationships with women, says she struggled with feeling different when growing up and felt suicidal several times.

She says on the show: "I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. I had a lot of internalised homophobia and shame. I thought that I was abnormal.

"I thought about ending my life, like I had multiple times, and I’m so glad I didn’t because if I can help any other kid that means the world to me.

"It means the world to that little queer kid I was. Or I am."

Cara was single for two years but has found love since filming ended. She said: "I think this opened me up into being ready for it."
