Matt Goss wants to make a new album with Bros - their first studio LP for over 30 years.

The 54-year-old singer and his drummer twin Luke Goss last reunited in 2017 for two concerts at London's O2.

The following year a documentary Bros: After the Screaming Stops, chronicled the boyband's reconciliation. Matt is now targeting a Bros comeback in 2024 with a new documentary about them making their first new music since 1991.

Matt said: "Bros, in the next couple of years it will happen, absolutely. I think in 2024. I would like to think that will be a year we can think about another documentary and do some shows."

He added: "Alongside that, we'd like to do some new music together. We want to get on to the festival circuit. We want to document how that experience is for us."

Matt admits he and Luke "have to be on a better page" after the pair suffered rows and jealousy with Luke feeling second best. Matt said: "We're a force of nature when we are together, but I am also my own force."

Bros released their debut album Push back in 1988. It peaked at Number 2 on the UK Albums Chart. It was re-released in 2013, to celebrate the album's 25th anniversary.

The album featured their debut single I Owe You Nothing, as well as other tracks like When Will I Be Famous? - with the latter considered to be their breakthrough single.

Push was followed by the album The Time in 1989 and later Changing Faces in 1991. The band have also released several compilation albums in the last two decades.

Bros were awarded British Breakthrough Act at the Brit Awards in 1989.
