Rebekah Vardy has been photographed filming her upcoming documentary as she moves on from the fallout of the Wagatha Christie trial.

The 40-year-old WAG is turning her hand to presenting and investigative journalism for the one-off doc, which will see her travel around the country to speak to those who are still in the Jehovah's Witness community and others who have left.

Rebekah, who was herself raised as a Jehovah's Witness, looked in high spirits as she began her new career move as she grinned while taking part in filming.

The former Dancing on Ice star sported a glowing complexion and wore mascara, blush and bronzer on her face, along with a nude lippy on her pout.

She had her hair styled in a wavy, down blow-dried look with a middle parting.

Rebekah wrapped up warm as she filmed outside in the chilly UK weather. Her outfit consisted of a camel colour and pink striped knitted jumper.

She added a camel coloured smart coat on top of the jumper and had a pair of black trousers and black gloves on to keep her warm.

Meanwhile, she topped off the comfy but elegant look with a pair of chunky boots as she was accompanied by a film crew to capture scenes for her new documentary.

At one point, the WAG was seen smiling as she chatted away to a camerawoman, who wore a green coat and had the camera attached to her.

The sighting of Rebekah comes after it was reported she had been working to reinvent herself as a documentary host following the fallout of the Wagatha Christie trial.

Rebekah is said to have decided to make the documentary about the Jehovah's Witness community as it's something she "cares strongly about" – but the move is also the start of a new career for her.

She has previously opened up on being raised as a Jehovah's Witness and, in 2017, revealed she had been bullied at school because her family didn't celebrate Christmas.

Speaking on Loose Women at the time, she said: "I grew up as Jehovah's Witness and we didn't celebrate Christmas. It was horrible."

Rebekah then told how she was 'alienated' by her peers after 'getting hauled out of festive assemblies.'

"Kids used to poke fun at us," she added. Rebekah then revealed her family would spend Christmas day "knocking on people's doors" as Christmas "didn't exist" for her.

Rebekah also revealed she used to be "alienated" from festive assemblies at school.

Last year, Rebekah revealed she now "goes crazy" with decorations for the holiday as she told Hello! magazine: "I want to do everything I couldn't do when I was younger."

Rebekah has three children with her husband, Jamie - and shares two children, Megan and Taylor, from previous relationships.

The new career move comes less than a year after Rebekah lost her defamation trial against Coleen Rooney.

In July last year, the judge ruled in Coleen's favour following a seven day trial at High Court.

Rebekah said she was "extremely sad and disappointed" by the decision, and she did not accept it nor believe it "was just".

She brought Coleen to court following a two-and-a-half year feud, when Coleen, 36, said she had carried out a "sting operation" and accused Rebekah's account of leaking "false stories" about her private life to the press in the now viral Instagram post. Rebekah, 40, has always vehemently denied Coleen's accusations.
