22-year-old pleads guilty to sexual activity with horse in Redruth
A man has admitted to engaging in sexual activity with an actual real-life horse.
Wyll Burling, 22, was ordered to pay more than £550 to his victim after pleading guilty to one count of sexual penetration with the unwilling equine.
Burling, who lives in Cardrew Terrace in Redruth, Cornwall was found to have intentionally performed the act of penetration with his penis on the female.
He appeared before Truro Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday where he was given a community order including 40 days of rehabilitation activity.
In 2020 in the United States, a deviant who admitted to having sex with a horse escaped charges because his home state didn’t have a bestiality law in place.
The perpetrator, who was never named, was caught on camera molesting a horse and a calf in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
But Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jason Mower explained: ‘While shocking, this is actually a very difficult case.
‘Wyoming is one of only a handful of states across the country without a bestiality statute on the books.
‘Also, to satisfy the elements of an animal cruelty charge, it is our understanding that we would need to prove that the suspect’s actions in this case actually harmed the animals.’
Unfortunately for Cirilo Castillo Jr, 45, there were bestiality laws in Texas after he broke a leg trying to engage in sexual activity with a horse in a barn.
Mr. Castillo claimed that he was struck by a car and crawled to the barn for shelter, but officers believed he was kicked by a horse.
He has served two sentences for sexual behavior with a horse.
