Haunting moment Axel Rudakubana enters dance school to carry out Southport massacre
This is the moment Southport killer Axel Rudakubana entered a Taylor Swift dance class before murdering three young girls and stabbing 10 others.
CCTV footage has been released of the then-17-year-old making a call at a bus stop half an hour before launching the attacks at The Hart Space on July 29 last year.
He was today sentenced to life with a minimum term of 52 years after he murdered three children and stabbed eight others in less than 15 minutes.
Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, also suffered multiple stab wounds, with Rudakubana continuing to attack them as they lay dying.
Bebe suffered 122 stab wounds as she tried to flee, while Elsie was stabbed 85 times.
Alice was taken to hospital by paramedics after she suffered multiple stab wounds and severe head injury, but was pronounced dead at 1.20am.

Footage shows Rudakubana on the way to dance club in the back of a taxi asking for directions before he leaves without paying.
Dash cam video then chillingly shows him entering the building before launching the attack.
Two adults, dance teacher Leanne Lucas and businessman Jonathan Hayes, were also stabbed.
Rudakubana was branded ‘pure evil’ by the families of two of his victims, who sat through harrowing evidence about how their children were slaughtered.

Apart from his guilty pleas and repeated outbursts during today’s hearing, Rudakubana had largely remained silent throughout his police interviews and the court process.
Liverpool Crown Court heard he gloated about the killings while being held in a custody suite following his arrest, telling police ‘I’m so glad the children are dead, so glad’.
Handing him 13 life sentences and ordering he serve a minimum term of 52 years, Mr Justice Goose said: ‘It is highly likely he will never be released.’
