Child among four injured in east London shooting
A child and three adults have been injured after they were shot near a restaurant in Hackney, east London, on Wednesday evening.
The child is in serious condition and the adults were injured after they were shot on the high street in Dalston, Hackney.
Police were called at about 9.20pm to Kingsland High Street after reports of gunshots near a restaurant.
Officers, including specialist firearms officers, attended along with the London Ambulance Service.

Three adults and a child were found with gunshot injuries at the scene and they were rushed to a hospital in east London.
The Met said the child remains in a serious condition and it awaits further details on the three other victim’s condition.
No arrests have been made yet.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Matt Ward said that ‘Londoners will be shocked’ by the incident.
He added: ‘Our thoughts go to all those affected.
