Emmerdale star Paige Sandhu stuns fans with body transformation after soap exit
Emmerdale star Paige Sandhu had fans doing a double take as she proudly showed off her body transformation.
The 27-year-old soap star is known to millions as Meena Jutla in the iconic ITV show Emmerdale - a role she held down from 2020 until 2022. She is soon to be seen playing a princess in the upcoming British-Indian film Lioness - but fans have noticed Paige is looking royally good away from the drama and disasters of the dales.
Taking to social media this week, Paige explained she has been following a taxing workout regime that has left her feeling toned and confident. Flexing the results of her body transformation, the TV star posed in a pair of leggings and a sports top which showed off her incredibly toned abs.
She uploaded the snap to Instagram and wrote about her experiences and fitness routine. She wrote: “I’m really, really enjoying this coaching programme with @lh_training that I’ve been doing for the past 2 months. I’ve honestly been surprised with how good and detailed online coaching could be.

Yay! I’m excited to see the continued improvements and the feeling of taking care of myself and my body is damn damn good. I’ve been wanting to have support with my workout journey because honestly I’m clueless! And the constant support with Lloyd is my absolute favourite part of this process."

She told fans that they too could achieve similar goals as she added: "If you want to get in the shape of your life in 2024 and have accountability, structure and guidance, message Lloyd 'Coaching' and mention that I sent you."
Fans and followers were stunned by Paige’s snap and rushed to leave her positive comments. One impressed follower wrote: “Results show for themselves looking very elegant, I know how difficult it is to stick to regular exercise with a work life balance.” And another typed: “It's true the benefits of regular exercise reflect in other areas of your life.”
Paige will be playing the historical figure Princess Sophia Alexandrovna Duleep Singh in Lioness. Sophia was a goddaughter of Queen Victoria and was also a prominent member of the suffragette movement. Paige is excited to bring the Princess’s life to the screen.
Posing alongside a snap of the historical figure last year, Paige wrote on Instagram: “Celebrating Sophia! On the 26th of May Princess Sophia Duleep Singh received a blue plaque commemorating her at her home in Hampton Court. I’m so excited for the world to learn about Sophia, her family and the life she lived! #Lioness.”
