Alex Jones is gorgeous in 'Hollywood style denim' two piece from M&S
Alex Jones looked absolutely stunning earlier this week when she co-presented the BBC One programme The One Show alongside Jermaine Jenas in a gorgeous soft denim-look waistcoat and wide leg trouser co-ord from the high street - and we are utterly obsessed.
The Welsh presenter paired the look, which we believe to be this Cotton Rich Single Breasted Waistcoat and matching trousers from Marks & Spencer, with gorgeous bright-red statement heels and looked effortlessly chic as she lounged on the famous green sofa to interview her guests.
Costing £35 here and £39.50 here, this two-piece outfit - which has a matching blazer for £69 - comes in an indigo-blue shade that has a denim-style finish. It's perfect for dressing up or down.

A deep V-neckline gives the waistcoat a beautifully feminine silhouette while the lining inside makes it super comfortable - and a great piece for your spring wardrobe, thanks to its lightweight cotton material.
The linen-blend trousers which match are super-flattering too and not only accentuate the waistline, but are breathable and light.

One shopper who loved these trousers said they: "Set the outfit off beautifully! Very smart, great value for money, good quality and well made."

A third said it gave them a "great silhouette" and said: "Bought these today. Super stylish and comfy. Reminds me of the old 1950's movies. Great silhouette and I love them."
As for the waistcoat, many people loved how 'on trend' this was and explained: "Love this waistcoat. The denim is great quality and colour. A really chic and up-to-date cut that can be dressed up or down. A great addition to my spring/summer wardrobe."
While the reviews for this set were a glistening collection of praise, some people advised future shoppers to size up as the 'sizing is strange'.
One said: "Great item, but size UP! Not the usual generous M&S sizing - I had to go up 1-2 sizes in this to get the boxy fit shown on the model. Looks good though - can’t wait to wear it as part of the three piece suit."
That being said, a number of fashion fans explained how these pieces would be great in their wardrobes citing how the waistcoat would work well with white jeans and other trousers as well as various tops for work.
It seems waistcoat co-ords are so on trend this season, as documented by the Welsh beauty, and we are here for it. But M&S isn't the only high street store offering chic and glamorous two-pieces for a good price.
