Disney's Bon Jovi series trailer unveiled as £1.99 a month deal ends soon
Disney+ has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming docuseries on US rockers Bon Jovi. Launching in April, Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story chronicles the epic past and uncertain future of one of the most recognisable bands in the world and its front-man Jon Bon Jovi.
The four-part rockumentary recalls a 40-year odyssey of rock and roll idolatry on the precipice as a vocal injury threatens to bring everything to a screeching halt. It relives the band’s triumphs and setbacks, greatest hits, biggest disappointment, and most public moments of friction.
Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story will premiere on April 26 exclusively on Disney+, which is currently available for just £1.99 a month with a new limited-time deal. The streamer has launched its ‘Epic Movies, Epic Offer’ promotion, which lets new and returning members lock in the £1.99 a month rate for three months – but you’ll have to act fast as the deal ends on Thursday, March 14.

As per its official synopsis, the all-access series joins the Livin’ on a Prayer stars in February 2022 and follows their real time journey with its fits and starts as they attempt to chart out their future. As thrilling as the story of a once-in-a-lifetime talent is, it’s even more rare that a legend like Jon Bon Jovi lets the world into his most vulnerable moments while he’s still living them.

The brand-new trailer shows everything from rousing concert footage and behind-the-scenes studio access to candid interviews with band members past and present. It also reveals the appearance of rock legend Bruce Springsteen, who recently performed with Jon Bon Jovi as the latter was honoured at the MusiCares Person of the Year Award in Los Angeles.
In Thank You, Goodnight, Bon Jovi fans can see 40 years of personal videos, unreleased early demos, original lyrics and never before seen photos that chronicle the journey from New Jersey clubs to the biggest stages on the planet. The series is directed and executive produced by multiple Emmy-winner Gotham Chopra.
Disney+ is also the UK streaming home of hit shows like Shōgun, The Bear and Modern Family. It’s the only place to stream Oscar-winning Emma Stone dramedy Poor Things and Taylor Swift’s new and extended concert movie, The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version).
