Adult star Sophia Leone's haunting final posts see her talk about 'disappearing'
Sophia Leone used her social media accounts to promote her adult content, but some uploads gave a rare glimpse into her private life.
In amongst the racy snaps were occasional windows into the actress' life away from the industry, featuring now haunting final messages after her death aged just 26. The Miami-based porn star was found dead in her apartment only days ago on March 1.
It was only last year that Sophia told her 300,000 followers she was going to "disappear for a bit" in a fully clothed upload, leaving fans with a gallery of snaps before stepping away from social media for almost a month, continuing to post weeks later.

It's a chilling message now even more poignant after the star's death, which is now reportedly being investigated by cops as a "home invasion homicide".

Her stepdad Mike Romero said police were investigating her sudden passing, but now her agent appears to have revealed more about the star's tragic cause of death. Fans had flocked to X, formally Twitter, asking questions after Sophia's shock death was announced, with one probing: "How did she die?" Her representatives from 101 Modeling revealed: "It is being investigated as a home invasion homicide."
They'd previously posted a tribute to Sophia, writing: "Our hearts are broken by the untimely and tragic passing of our beloved Sophia Leone. A beautiful spirit who touched many of us. RIP sweet angel and know how much we loved you."

Her stepfather Mike was first to reveal her tragic passing and penned a message on a GoFundMe memorial page, he wrote: "On behalf of her mother and family, it is with a heavy heart that I have to share the news of our beloved Sophia’s Passing. The sudden loss of Sophia has left her family and friends devastated and in shock."
"Sophia was found unresponsive in her apartment home on March 1st, 2024 by her family. A investigation by local Police into the cause of death is still currently on going," he added. He described her as a "beloved daughter, sister, grand daughter, niece and friend" and detailed her "deep love for animals," including her three pets. He added: "She enjoyed traveling and always found ways to make everyone around her smile."
A fellow adult star, Dharma Louise Jones, paid tribute on X. She wrote: "RIP Sophia...she was one of the 1st people I met in the industry when I was new. We were staying at the same model house & I was having trouble falling asleep because of anxiety. I remember we stayed up & talked all night. I’ll never forget her kindness."
