Love Island All Star shows off new bum at glitzy birthday party with co-stars

Hannah Elizabeth has showed off her new bum after going under the knife following her Love Island All Stars stint.

The reality TV star kicked off her birthday celebrations as she joined her celebrity pals for a wild party. She looked gorgeous as she showed off her physique in a skintight jumpsuit. Hannah marked turning 34 with the baby blue look that featured a plunging neckline that showed off her toned stomach.

The mum-of-one switched up her hair for the glitzy bash, swapping her pink locks for ice blond. She got creative with pink and blue hearts sprayed in for the night. Hannah completed her look with a silver handbag and huge silver stilettos. She was joined by fellow All Stars Islanders while at Jin Bow Law rooftop bar in London.

Demi Jones, who hit of off with Luis Morrison during her second stint in the villa, pouted as she posed next to Hannah in a bright green mini-dress. Hannah showed off her new bum in the pic as she cosied into Demi. The birthday girl also snuggled into co-star Chris Taylor, who wore a sheer red vest and beige trousers for the party.

Hannah also got close to Georgia Steel, who was forced to step back from social media after the show due to cruel trolling. She had found herself in a so-called love square with Callum Jones, 27, Toby Aromolaran, 24, and Tom Clare, 24. Love Islanders Abi Moores, Lucinda Strafford and Liberty Poole were in attendance at the event alongside The Only Way Is Essex's Pete Wicks, Demi and Frankie Sims and Roman Hackett.

Last month Hannah proudly showed off her post-surgery body as she unveiled her new bum on social media. Wearing a black thong, Hannah displayed her rounded derriere as she attempted to pull up a pair of trousers. Hannah received filler injections last summer, but decided she wanted a top up.

She said: "Hello everybody, so obviously since the show and having spoke about have my bum done, loads of people have been asking me about the booty. So I get my bum done at Lift Aesthetics and being fresh out the villa I am excited, literally can't wait to go and have my top-up."

Hannah didn't find love when she went on the All Stars show, however had a very memorable first experience on Love Island. She was the first person on the series to have a proposal back in 2015. Hannah had coupled with Jon Clark, who later appeared on TOWIE and after just six weeks he popped the question. Their relationship did not stand the test of time as they split three months later after they lost out of winning the show to Jess Hayes and Max Morely. Since then, she has gone on to have a son with George Andretti, who she also split with.
