Inside Grammys host Trevor Noah's life - wife, net worth and questionable Tweets
Trevor Noah has risen to become one of the US's biggest TV hosts since landing the lead on The Daily Show.
But after bowing out of the satirical news program after seven years he is back on our screens on Sunday night for his third run hosting The Grammy's to millions of viewers around the globe.
The South African born comedian, who departed the The Daily Show in December, recently joined James Cordon on The Late Late Show and joked his move was "the worst mistake I ever made," before being happy to report, "it’s amazing".
The 38-year-old said he was "filled with gratitude for the journey" but that there was "another part of my life that I want to carry on exploring".

Noah launched his comedy career in his native South Africa and hosted a string of stand-up specials, talk shows and relocating to the US in 2011.
Since then he has appeared in The Tonight Show, Late Show with David Letterman and was a panellist on Channel 4 ’s 8 Out of 10 Cats.
But by far his biggest billing has been as Daily Show host on the Comedy Central network.

As one of US TV's highest ever earners Noah took home $5-8 million per season in the first two years of joining The Daily Show.
And as he proved himself to be worthy of the role the sum soared to $16 million in September 2017, when he signed an extension of his contract with Viacom.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Trevor has an estimated net worth of a jaw dropping $100 million (£89 million) in 2022.
But his other 'side hustles' — podcasts, tours and a reported 'seven figure' book deals all added serious funds to the pot.

The majority of the comedian's comments which sparked controversy landed long before his rise to fame on TV.
Back in 2009, he shared a number of tweets and played into anti-Semitic tropes by tweeting that “behind every successful Rap Billionaire is a double as rich Jewish man”.
He also made light of the Holocaust by posting: "Almost bumped a Jewish kid crossing the road. He didn't look b4 crossing but I still would have felt so bad in my german car!"

Trevor has also profited from other projects including podcasts and books (Getty)In 2012 he tweeted about the soccer player Lionel Messi, saying: "Messi gets the ball and the real players try foul him, but Messi doesn't go down easy, just like jewish chicks. #ElClasico "
And he also joked about domestic violence in the same year, posting: "Originally when men proposed they went down on one knee so if the woman said no they were in the perfect uppercut position."

Noah is actually not married but once joked The Daily Show was 'his wife'.
He has previously dated Minka Kelly, who has since moved on with Imagine Dragons rocker Dan Reynolds.
One of his latest love interest was in late September 2022 kissing pop star Dua Lipa but the pair later confirmed they were 'just friends'.
