Looking at an image when you're desperately searching for the thing hiding in plain sight can be really tough, as your eyes begin to ignore the obvious thing you're looking for.

Doing puzzles, including brainteasers and optical illusions, is really important for your cognitive health, as much like exercise it's beneficial for your mind - so completing one a day is great for you.

In this mind-bending optical illusion, you are presented with a pile of adorable teddy bears, but you are tasked with finding the rogue dog, who has managed to bury himself somewhere in the pile. Can you find him? Be warned, however - the time limit is just seven seconds, according to the masterminds behind the image at Jagran Josh.

All the teddies in the pile make it so confusing, and you likely won't even know where to start when it comes to looking for the pooch. And the seven-second time limit makes it so much more tricky because you'll be stressing about running out of time, rather than properly analysing the pile of soft toys.

If you're looking for a hint as to where the cheeky canine is, you may want to focus your search on the right-hand side of the image, rather than the left, as otherwise, you'll be barking up the wrong tree. This is a good test of your eye power, and the faster you spot the dog, the sharper your eyes are. If you manage to spot the dog in the time limit, you have 'sniper vision'.
