Oti Mabuse made it clear she wasn't happy that two women scored lowest on Sunday's Dancing on Ice and social media users quickly agreed with Oti and expressed their anger over the result.

During Sunday night's show, Adele Roberts and Amber Davies found themselves in the skate-off ahead of the finale next weekend. Judges Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Christopher Dean and Jayne Torvill had to decide who to send home as only four couples could make it through.

Adele and Amber, who were the only two female celebrities left in the competition, faced each other for the spot. Judge Oti decided to make her feelings known about the sexism the women were facing after Miles Nazaire, Ryan Thomas and Greg Rutherford went straight through to the final alongside their ice skating partners.

After her skate-off Amber said: "We knew. We knew. Well, we just had a feeling it was coming again. We just felt we were on borrowed time for a while. Thank you guys for saving me twice." Host Stephen Mulhern told her: "You haven't gone yet!" Upon giving their final decision, judge Ashley decided to save "who I thought had the cleaner skate off, and that was Adele and Mark".

While Oti said: "I hate seeing the two women in the competition here in the bottom, I think it is a real shame. But I am going to save Adele and Mark." Chris also chose to save Adele and Mark, meaning Amber was sent home. Viewers at home also echoed Oti's thoughts as they were unimpressed with Amber and Adele being in the skate-off.

One said: "Kinda mad the person that got 40 is almost certainly going home." Another added: "Oti preaching for the choir. The only women in the competition should not be together in the skate off #DancingOnIce." Someone else commented: "Glad Oti said about the women being in the bottom bc Jayne wouldn’t."

A fourth wrote said: "I watch a lot of competition based shows and its a common theme that men dominate them... its just sad how misogynistic this country is." A viewer declared: "I most certainly will not be watching the final now we’re getting out 7th straight white man winner in a row #DancingOnIce." Another echoed said: "Won’t be watching the Final or Dancing on Ice anymore like Strictly it’s had it’s day! #DancingOnIce."

On leaving the show, Amber said she was grateful for everyone in front of and behind the cameras, never expecting to get to appear on the show. She also said she had a feeling her time was up on the series saying she was "on borrowed time", calling for Adele to win the show. During the final on Sunday evening, all the celebrities will skate two routines including a flying skate.
