Bianca Censori and Kanye West have been making headlines since they made their relationship public and have shown off a few controversial outfits.

Neither are strangers to controversy. The 46-year-old rapper has faced backlash recently for using unauthorised samples of songs by Donna Summer and Black Sabbath while Bianca isn't afraid to show some skin on social media or out in the world.

But every once in a while they toe the line between scandalous and illegal behaviour. Especially while out in Europe and Dubai.

The married couple most recently traveled to Paris for Kanye's show for his Vultures album which was released recently. While there, Bianca showed her bare bum and groin in see through tights that literally left nothing to the imagination.

Reportedly the husband and wife were unaware of the decency laws set forth by the French government. Article 222-32 of the penal code from March 1994 reads: "Deliberate sexual display in the sight of others in a place accessible to the public gaze is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand francs."

The fine is equal to around €15,000 (about £13,000), which isn't anything to ignore. So far, the duo haven't been charged in any crimes in the country.

Nudity itself isn't illegal in the country, which is known for having various nude beaches. The law also states: "The charge has been worded in such a way as to rule out any possibility of proceedings against persons practising naturism in places specially designated for this purpose."

Bianca also faced a €10,000 fine and possible jail time while in Italy last summer. While in the conservative Catholic country, Bianca wore various sheer nude coloured body suits that she sometimes had to cover up by holding a purple pillow to her chest.

Also while in Venice, Bianca and Kanye were caught in a compromising position with Kanye sitting on a boat with his pants down and Bianca kneeling in front of him. This resulted in them being banned by the boat company.

The two haven't been charged in Italy either, but the Italian Consitution Court states that if someone exposes themselves in a place where minors could see, they could face anywhere from four months to four years in prison. Bianca and Kanye were investigated in Dubai by police officers after photos surfaced of the two once again in a compromising position.
