We'd all love to go to a restaurant and eat for free - especially one influencer who slammed a popular restaurant for making them pay for their food.

Manchester-based restaurant Lucky Ramen and Sushi shared a screenshot of an angry message from an influencer who told them she deserved to eat for free due to her career.

They didn't name the angry woman but had shared her message in reponse as she accused them of "exposing influencers". The restaurant jibed "exposure pays the bills", when she initially asked if they would be happy to provide a free brunch for her and her boyfriend in exchange for a social media post on her page for some exposure.

The restaurant, in Ancoats, Manchester, slammed the "blue tick superstar" for trying to get a free meal and joked: "Because, you know, exposure pays the bills!" In response to their tongue-in-cheek reply, the angry woman said: "We go where we want, eat what we want and lastly - it's all for free! WHOS LAUGHING NOW???"

Lucky Ramen and Sushi didn't name the woman but shared that she said to them: "Personally, I think you're bang out of order. HOW DARE you try and expose us like that??? So you think people like us don't deserve to eat for FREE??? Just in case you didn't realise, we are doing our best to help and promote you for FREEEE!!! We don't expect much, just a free meal to compensate our the time, labour, effort, and positive energy that we are supplying you.

"The fact that you wanna expose us influencers like that, we will not be coming by anytime soon to support. Your food looks good and we heard it's a great busy vibe, hence trying to support. But your arrogance makes me sick. Haha very funny, you got a couple of giggles, but we're the ones who are laughing," and concluded: "We go where we want, eat what we want and lastly - it's all for free! WHOS LAUGHING NOW???'."

Not taking it to heart, the restaurant said in the caption that the response from the influencer was a "game changer" and that it deserved a "standing ovation". They also added that they were "Truly sorry for attempting to uncover your behind-the-scenes tactics," and added: "We're now rolling out the red carpet for all the free meals you desire.

"And that's not all - our chefs are ready to part ways with their Crocs and Birkenstocks, throwing them in as an extra bonus for your tender love and labour! Even my dad's medal of honour from the Japan war is up for grabs - he's feeling generous the old geezer, and he's even contemplating wheeling in his new eco-friendly hybrid wheelchair for you!"

They savagely then made it clear the influencer wasn't welcome into the restaurant and brutally wrote: "Bon appetit + Arigato-the-f*ck-outta-here. Team LUCKY (unfluencer + no blue tick)."

People loved the savage response from the restaurant, and many joked about the audacity of wanting a free meal. One fan commented: "Hey was wondering if I can come in for a free meal. In return I will eat your food," while another penned: "Honey they are booked. They don't need your exposure. We are all queuing for tables. Gladly."
