Formula 1 is back as qualifying races start heating up today in Bahrain before Saturday's two Grand Prix opening rounds, as teams eye up the current Red Bull world champions and driver Max Verstappen while Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton speed has caused a stir. And any fans looking to tune in can make the most of Sky Sports' newest deal.

In time for this weekend's kick-off the TV provider has dropped more than half off its Sky Stream, Sky Sports, Sky TV, and Netflix bundle, which you can now pick up for just £20 - a hair racingly cheaper price compared to its usual £48 a month rate.

On the plan, viewers get the choice of nine Sky Sports channels to binge, with the dedicated F1 channel on the list too (perfect for the upcoming 2024 F1 season). Sky golf, cricket, football, main event, arena, NFL, and of course the premier league channels are all options to add.

And that's just a fraction of what's included, alongside the nine Sky Sports channels users also get a Sky Stream box, Sky TV which includes Sky Originals and Sky Inclusives (Game of Thrones' House of Dragon is one of these), and a standard Netflix with Ads subscription.

  • Fans can get 12months of Sky Sports for £21 a month at NOW TV - BUY HERE

Sky's nifty plug-in Stream makes it a flexible option too, as there's no fiddly installation needed as viewers can stream all the content from the box over wi-fi. It's the same tech included in the provider's fancier Sky Glass TV. Those who pick the deal will be tied into an 18-month contract, and from month two the rate rises back to its usual £48 a month price.

It's the first time this year the provider has cut the price off the first month of the contract, ahead of other huge sporting events like this weekend's EFL Championship kick-offs too. Readers interested in the F1 but not keen on this deal can also tune in through NOW TV.

This rival deal also runs off Sky's Sport channels, where users can lock into a 12 month plan for £21 a month, with 12 of your favourite sport channels to choose from. And you can cancel anytime, a perk which certainly gives the main deal on Sky's site a run for its money.
