Louise Thompson has posted on social media following the news that she was hospitalised last weekend.

The reality TV star, 33, has experienced various health issues in recent years, including her having shared a lupus diagnosis. Louise - who's known for appearing on Made in Chelsea - has been hospitalised on several occasions.

It was announced earlier this week by Louise's fiancé Ryan Libbey, 33, that she had returned to hospital. The personal trainer issued an update on Wednesday, expressing hope that she will be home with him and their son Leo, two, soon.

Louise has since taken to Instagram herself. She didn't address her health though and it remains unclear if she's home from hospital yet. She instead shared a meme on Thursday before posting a photo of Leo the following day.

Louise shared a clip of Miriam Margolyes from the BBC docuseries the Real Marigold on Tour. It shows the actor and her co-star Wayne Sleep at a water park, with Miriam heard saying: "F***ing hell. This is a f***ing nightmare."

The clip has become a meme, with one caption that's been used alongside it reading: "POV: When you're a runner and decide to venture into triathlons." Louise shared that post on her Instagram Story, adding: "If you're not familiar with Miriam Margolyes then you better get acquainted. I think I might save this soundtrack for my own use."

She later posted a photo of her son and asked her followers for help choosing World Book Day costumes. Alongside a submissions box for suggestions, she wrote in the post on Friday: "World Book Day costume ideas please."

Louise had shared earlier this month that she had been hospitalised after returning from a holiday in Antigua with her fiancé and their son. She said on February 12 that she had been discharged after more than two weeks in hospital.

She told her followers that she had been "losing cup fulls of blood" every 20 minutes at one point on the holiday. Louise added that she also felt "disorientated a lot" and had some "inflammation" whilst on the island in the Caribbean.

The reality TV star has updated fans on her health over the years, including having previously shared that she had been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. It's described by the NHS as "a long-term condition" where the colon and rectum become inflamed, with symptoms including stomach pain.

Louise has also spoken about Leo's birth, which has been referred to as "traumatic". She once said that she experienced "various serious complications" and suggested previously that she "danced with death" during the experience.
