A Married At First Sight Australia bride had a very unique entrance to her wedding after falling down a hole.

Natalie was left being carried by producers after stumbling and spraining her ankle on the way to her ceremony. The 32-year-old physiotherapist had a very awkward entrance as she met her groom Collins for the first time. During Wednesday night's episode of the hit E4 dating show, Natalie confessed she hoped she wouldn't fall on her big day.

However as she walked to her ceremony, Natalie stumbled. She laughed it off as she carried on her way, but fell again into a hole as she walked through the field. It appeared to have hurt the MAFS participant as she had to receive the support of show producers. Natalie was supported by the behind-the-scenes team, who were able to carry her to the ceremony.

She was then met by her brother, who supported her arm-in-arm as she walked down the aisle to meet Collins. It appeared Natalie wasn't the only one to suffer an awkward blunder on the way to the big day. Collins struggled to get out of the car he arrived at the ceremony in.

He was also able to laugh it off after frantically trying to figure out the button to open the door. Viewers took to social media to share their thoughts on the awkward couple. One said: "I don't know why everyone doesn't insist on this. If you aren't carried to your wedding are you even getting married?" Another added: "Why are they making her walk halfway across Australia??"

Someone else commented: "I’d have fallen walking there too.#MAFSAU." A fourth wrote: "They expected her to walk all that way in long dress and heels? #MAFSAU," as a viewer predicted: "Okay, I think Collins and Natalie might be perfectly suited for one another. He can’t open a car door and she can’t walk in a straight line." Another added: "Natalie done so dirty by the show editing here.. the dramatic music cut to silence as she trips TWICE.. iconic."

It wasn't the only drama to unfold during Wednesday's episode. One groom was paid a visit by MAFS expert John Aiken who had to inform him of some shocking news. Michael was told his match had decided to quit the show before even getting married.

Michael broke down as he admitted: "That is definitely a hard blow. I feel like somebody has ripped my heart right out of my chest. I want to be understanding of his side but I would just love to know why." John told him: "I don't want you to take this personally, this happened because your match couldn't cope with the experiment, the unknown and the pressure that was going to go on them. It is absolutely devastating." John then promised he would work alongside the other show experts to help find Michael another match.
