Bianca Censori is known for her risqué ensembles, but has she taken things too far with her near-naked outing in Paris?

Kanye West's wife could face time in prison and a hefty fine after ditching her bra, wearing nothing but a pair of sheer tights during a shopping trip in the French capital on Tuesday. She exposed her groin and bare bum in shocking snaps caught by the paparazzi.

But now it's been revealed that the couple were seemingly unaware of the county's decency laws. Article 222-32 of the penal code from March 1994 states: "Deliberate sexual display in the sight of others in a place accessible to the public gaze is punishable by one year in prison and a fine of one hundred thousand francs."

The fine works out to be around €15,000 (£13,000). Nudity itself isn't equivalent to indecency, the law adds: "The charge has been worded in such a way as to rule out any possibility of proceedings against persons practising naturism in places specially designated for this purpose." It isn't the first time Bianca's get-up faced trouble.

Ye and his spouse faced a €10,000 fine, or imprisonment, for strolling "virtually naked" around Italy, going against the Italian Constitutional Court. It stipulates that a person who exposes themselves in or close to a place attended by minors could face anywhere from four months to four years imprisonment. They were investigated by officers after pictures showed the two in a compromising position, they also faced a similar ordeal in Dubai.

But it was her latest outing that's caused this latest issue, Bianca's risque fashion choice left little to the imagination as she wore nothing but brown sheer tights and a tight blue top without a bra, revealing quite a bit as they browsed a Fendi store.

The 29-year-old model paired her bold look with high heels and had her short hair slicked back. Kanye was dressed more conservatively in a black puffer coat and trousers. After their shopping spree, the couple was seen leaving the designer store and getting into a waiting car, with fans outside asking for photos and autographs.

The couple was later seen heading for dinner with her wearing the same raunchy attire attracting the attention of passers-by with her outfit choice.

Bianca's rear end was on full display as she bent over to climb into the couple's vehicle. She seemed to be upkeeping Kanye's promise to keep pants away from 2024. The star posted on social media an array of images of his wife dressed in very risque attire.

In one photo she was wearing a pink, furry bandeau top paired with a teeny tiny thong. Kanye said that this would be reflective of Bianca's fashion this year and this outfit made good on that promise. He went on to post several more photos, including one where she wore a black corset and a tiny bra that barely covered her nipples.
