All the celebrities who turned down Jennifer Lopez's semi-autobiographical film

J.Lo asked a lot of A-List stars to be in her movie

Jennifer Lopez's Amazon Prime documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, shares some deep insights into the singer's life leading up to the release of her latest album and film.

The 54-year-old recently put out her ninth studio album, This Is Me...Now, which she described as a sequel to her 2002 album This Is Me...Then. The album had an accompanying film that was titled This Is Me...Now: A Love Story, which was also released on Amazon Prime.

Jennifer's documentary showed the behind-the-scenes action and what went into creating the film. Jennifer asked her team during one sit down if anyone had responded to her offers to be in the film.

One of her team members read off a list of celebrity names of people who either said no or were unavailable due to their schedules. The names mentioned included fellow singers like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Bad Bunny, Snoop Dogg, Vanessa Hudgens, and Lizzo.

Someone in the meeting mentioned Ariana was in London, which can be inferred that she was busy filming her upcoming movie musical Wicked. It's unclear exactly when Jennifer was filming for her movie, so its unclear what other celebrities were doing at the time that wouldn't let them be there.

Jennifer also seemed to want Aquaman's Jason Momoa and The White Lotus' Jennifer Coolidge in the film but they weren't able to be there. Later in the documentary, someone also mentioned that Khloe Kardashian wasn't able to film as well.

Even though these stars weren't able to share the screen with Jennifer in her film, other big name celebrities were able to be there. Various celebrities played the zodiac signs - Jane Fonda as Sagittarius, Trevor Noah as Libra, Kim Petras as Virgo, Post Malone as Leo, Keke Palmer as Scorpio, Sofia Vergara as Cancer, Jenifer Lewis as Gemini, Jay Shetty as Aries, Neil deGrasse Tyson as Taurus, and Sadhguru as Pisces.

Jennifer's longtime collaborator and friend Fat Joe played her therapist in the film. Jennifer's husband Ben Affleck played Rex Stone/Biker.
