Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson is back in hospital again after doctors called her in for an ultrasound.

The mum-of-one, 33, has been in and out of hospital since giving birth to her son, Leo, with whom she suffered a traumatic birth, leaving her with PTSD. Louise revealed she would be receiving treatment again this week- just days after she was discharged and now Ryan, 33, has confirmed she is seeing the doctor again.

Sharing a photo of himself kissing his fiancée in the back of a car, he wrote: "This little warrior is doing so well, but the pain has ramped up in the last 48 hours. So we're back at the hospital for an ultrasound to check there's nothing sinister happening." Louise, meanwhile took to her Instagram, with a photo of the couple relaxing on the sofa, saying the 'happy' time came before a "bit of a crash".

Last week, the reality star revealed she had been rushed to hospital after returning to the UK from a holiday in Antigua when she was left in agonising pain. She spent two weeks receiving treatment before returning home to her fiancé Ryan and their two-year-old son, Leo.

Louise had been keeping her fans updated on her progress since she was released back home, telling her followers she would be spending a lot of time in hospital in the coming weeks. Sharing a short clip of herself in a car while listening to the Scottish rock band Buffy Clyro, she shared: “Big steps. 1. First school run with the gang. 2. Then back to the hospital for weekly check ins. 3. Also Biffy Clyro just BANGS."

Louise has been diagnosed with a number of health issues, which she says she'll have to battle for the rest of her life. In 2018, the reality star shared the news that she had been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis - a medical condition that causes inflammation of the lower end of the digestive system, including the large bowel and rectum.

She fell pregnant in 2020, but had a traumatic birthing experience when Leo arrived in 2021 in which she suffered a haemorrhage and lost three litres of blood. She was also diagnosed with post-traumatic stress following the birth - and was also given a lupus diagnosis.

While Louise hasn’t explicitly explained what health issue put an end to her recent holiday in Antigua, she did make reference to C-reactive protein, CRP, a annular pentameric protein found in the blood which will turn up high in situations where the body is responding to inflammation.

A week ago, when Louise returned home after two weeks of hospital treatment, she told fans: “I am a STRONG COOKIE and I am working hard on a speedy recovery.⁣⁣ And there will be a silver lining. I promise I’m already searching for it. Already found a few nuggets. ⁣⁣ A nice little reminder that health is everything. It must always come first first first. Along with my family and my son.⁣⁣”
