Meghan Markle seems to be advancing in her Hollywood career as she was spotted having dinner with a top TV executive.

The Duchess of Sussex looked very happy as she was seen leaving a business dinner with Terry Wood, the executive producer of Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions company. The pair were spotted dining at Studio City, California, on Thursday night.

Meghan decided on a casual outfit for the meal, wearing a light grey jumper and dark grey jeans. She styled her hair in loose waves and opted for a minimal makeup look, adding a rouge tint to her cheeks. Meghan accessorised her look with a grey handbag and a simple silver necklace.

The Duchess of Sussex also wore a stack of dazzling rings and kept herself warm with a chic navy coat. Terry, who wore a black jumper and grey leather pants, smiled as she walked arm-in-arm with Meghan.

Terry produced Oprah's mental health series that Prince Harry also collaborated on, The Me You Can't See. The TV exec also worked on Harry and Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah after they left the Royal Family.

The interview caused shockwaves around the world as Meghan and Harry made a number of accusations against The Firm. Meghan revealed the Princess of Wales had made her cry during an incident just days before her wedding to Harry, while the Duke of Sussex admitted he felt "let down" by his father King Charles after he was cut off financially.

Terry was reported to be working with Meghan on a second season of her Archetypes podcast. Their outing will no doubt spark rumours that they could be teaming up for a brand new project in the months to come, with Meghan having recently announced a new podcast series.

The former actress said she is "proud" to share that she's joined Lemonada to continue her "love of podcasting". The new partnership will see podcast network Lemonada distribute the first season of Meghan's podcast Archetypes for all audio platforms.

She will also produce a new series, which is currently untitled. A statement was released on Sussex.com to announce the news. "I'm proud to now be able to share that I am joining the brilliant team at Lemonada to continue my love of podcasting.

"Being able to support a female founded company with a roster of thought provoking and highly entertaining podcasts is a fantastic way to kick off 2024. Our plan to re-release Archetypes so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast are well in the works. I'm so eager to be able to share it soon, and am overjoyed to be joining the Lemonada family," Meghan said in the statement.

Lemonada's CEO and co-founder Jessica Cordova Kramer added: "We are beyond honoured that Meghan has trusted us to help democratize access to 'Archetypes,' and that so many more people around the world will have access to the series soon. Meghan's talent as host, creator and conversationalist is unparalleled and we are thrilled to co-create a new series with her that fosters her approach to creating art that matters."

Lemonada’s Chief Creative Officer and co-founder Stephanie Wittels Wachs concluded: "As we've started development with The Duchess of Sussex, we are blown away by her collaborative spirit and clear vision, along with her deep desire to build compassion and community through this work. The Lemonada team felt immediate kinship with Meghan and the Archewell Productions team, and we are delighted to be working together."

Meghan's previous podcast Archetypes ran for 12 episodes back in 2022 and saw the Duchess sit down for some very personal interviews with artists, athletes, and experts discussing the history of stereotypes against women. Meghan interviewed the likes of Paris Hilton, Serena Williams and Mariah Carey on the show.

However, it came to an end when the Sussexes ended their partnership with Spotify in June. "Spotify and Archewell Audio have mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together," a statement read.
