Britney Spears worries fans with driving video after being 'caught speeding'
Britney Spears has confused fans after sharing a clip of her behind the wheel of a car – weeks after two run-ins with the police.
The Toxic hitmaker was sharing her regular upbeat dancing videos on her Instagram account, but this time included footage of her driving. Taking to the social media site on Friday, she uploaded two drive-along videos alongside a signature dance.
She panned the camera along the countryside as what appears to be her white 4x4 car drives along the road, making sure to capture trees and wildlife as the vehicle passes along the picturesque backdrop. Britney used emojis for her caption, plants and lips.

But it's thought both clips were shot from the same drive, weeks after two incidents involving the cops, including speeding.

Last October, Britney was allegedly pulled over for "crossing double lines". TMZ reported that the Stronger singer got a traffic ticket for allegedly making an improper turn, according to court records obtained by the outlet.
The documents allegedly stated that Britney was hit with a $327 fine, which is reportedly due to be paid on November 21. That came after Britney was reportedly pulled over by a CHP office in Ventura County, Southern California last September too.
TMZ claimed Britney was stopped for speeding in her Mercedes and then was also found to be driving without proof of insurance and a valid license. Britney allegedly had to pay $1,140 (approximately £930) in fines as a result of the incident. As well as hitting the headlines for allegedly being pulled over by police, the pop princess has also been the centre of the news thanks to her upcoming memoir release.
Britney was famously under the control of her father for 13 years, as a result of her conservatorship, which saw her dad make all the decisions when it came to her finances and her personal life. The strict legal guardianship of the singer, sparked the global "Free Britney" movement, as fans the world-over demanded that she be released from the shackles of the conservatorship.
On November 13 2021, Judge Brenda Penny ruled that Britney's conservatorship should come to an end. The Overprotected singer didn't attend the final hearing, but she posted on Instagram celebrating the ruling at the time. Posting to her followers, Britney penned: "I love my fans so much it's crazy!!! I think I'm gonna cry the rest of the day!!!! Best day ever."
Britney's then-husband Sam Asghari, 29, also celebrated the news on social media, writing: "History was made today. Britney is Free." Following her conservatorship coming to an end, Britney married Sam in June the following year. However, their marriage wasn't to last and the personal-trainer-turned-actor filed for divorce from last August.
