Katie Price slammed by MAFS UK bride for taking co-star's 'sloppy seconds'
Married at First Sight UK’s Tasha Jay has lashed out at Katie Price for dating JJ Slater - who had two relationships on the E4 reality show.
Fans of the dating series will recall 25-year-old Tasha tied-the-knot with 26-year-old Paul Liba - while 31-year-old JJ was initially married to 30-year-old Bianca Petronzi only to ditch her and start dating 30-year-old transgender model Ella Clark. JJ and Ella’s romance fizzled out soon after the cameras stopped rolling, and in recent weeks he has been seen out on dates with 45-year-old mum-of-five Katie.
Tasha and JJ formed a close friendship during their time on the show - and now she is slamming Katie for chasing after JJ. Tasha has backed up Ella’s previous claims that she was friends with Katie before she snatched JJ.
Opening up about the blossoming romance, Tasha said: “Katie reached out to Ella before Katie had met JJ. Katie was so lovely to Ella and so supportive and giving her so many compliments, just being a genuine person.”

She’s not heartbroken and crying into a tub of Ben and Jerry’s but it was a bit of a kick in the teeth at first. It’s early days and they’re talking about babies and stuff now apparently so I’m just a bit confused.”

Tasha threw doubt on the relationship between JJ and Katie. She said: “I do love JJ, we got on like a house on fire when we were filming but I just don’t know. I mean Katie is his type, so he says. But my only thing is, the reasons that he didn’t want to be with Ella, Katie does a lot of those things. That’s the one thing that’s confused me.
“Ella is quite an out there person anyway, but when she’s had a drink she’s a bit more out there. And I’d say Katie is quite out there too. I thought ‘when Ella was doing this it was an issue, but now it’s not an issue’. They were acting very similar.”
Katie and JJ’s romance was confirmed earlier this month when they were spotted arm-in-arm while out for dinner in Southend-On-Sea. And earlier this week, news reports suggested Katie and JJ were already planning children together.
A source claimed to the Daily Star: "Katie really loves being a mum, and she loves the attention she gets when she's pregnant. She's seeing JJ now and he's young and virile, so she thinks this might be the last chance she has of fulfilling her baby dream. She knows it's now or never."
However, earlier this month Katie clarified on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, that she and JJ aren't officially an item yet, saying: "A boyfriend is when you're 'boyfriend, girlfriend'."
According to a source, JJ, famous for being a "family man" is happily spending time with Katie yet hesitant to become a father now. The source claimed: "He loves kids and he's a family man, but he's not thinking about starting a family any time soon," and "He'd like them when the time is right, but he knows that he rushed into marriage and he has no desire to rush into fatherhood."
