Love Island's Mitch dated 'secret girlfriend for 3 months' before entering villa
Love Island's Mitch Taylor reportedly dated someone for three months before entering the show for the All Stars version.
The star, who rose to fame on last summer's season of the ITV2 programme, returned to screens for the All Stars series but was dumped after 16 days. During the final on Monday night, he came back to discuss his experience on the show and admitted he was hoping to 'run back to his ex-girlfriend.'
Hannah Elizabeth, who was sitting next to him, immediately asked: "The Blackpool one?" before he quickly shushed her. Not long after, his TV rival Scott van-der-Sluis took to social media to provide more information about the mystery woman. He revealed: "For anyone wondering, Mitch’s Blackpool ex is called Katie, and he hasn’t stopped talking about her."
It didn't take much time before his supposed 'secret girlfriend' was found. It was claimed he was dating Katie Wolstenholme for several months, during the same time he entered the villa. According to reports, he wanted her to wait for him but she made the decision to end the relationship and move on.

They added that Mitch is 'serious' about Katie and is 'prepared to graft to win her back.' The Mirror has contacted his reps for comment.

During the final on Monday night, host Maya Jama caught up with the All Stars contestants to ask them how life has been since they left the villa. Conversation got awkward for Mitch after he referenced his apparent secret girlfriend. Sitting beside him was Hannah Elizabeth, who seemed to already know about the relationship.
Maya innocently asked the Sheffield star: “What’s been the goss since you’ve left? Have you got any inside tea?” Mitch got flustered and asked: “About myself?” And Maya said: “About anyone," with him responding: "’ve been trying to run back to my ex” - at which point Hannah interrupted to ask: “The Blackpool one?” Mitch looked immediately embarrassed and urgently said: “Shush!”
Gasping, Maya digged for more information but a flustered Mitch said it 'wasn't the place' and asked her to move on with the conversation. But she pressed on and asked: “So you are trying to double back?” Mitch confessed: “I’m trying to double back” and added: “Tom knows. Tom knows!” Trying to help, Maya asked: “Shall we keep it a secret for now?” But Mitch laughed: “It’s too late.”
A spokesperson for Mitch told The Mirror: "Mitch and Katie have not dated for months pre the villa and since he left the villa. The story is completely untrue."
