Sol de Janeiro's Brazilian Bum Bum Cream has proven massively popular with shoppers insisting is makes their skin smooth and smells incredible, but costing £34 for a 150ml tub it's definitely on the more expensive side.

So shoppers have been left thrilled when they found a £4.50 dupe with an extra 100ml in, and they can get it as part of their weekly shop.

Treaclemoon's Brazilian Love Body Lotion is being praised as a dupe of the popular cream, with shoppers insisting they smell the same for a fraction of the price.

The brand leaves a little mystery behind the scent, describing it simply as 'sweet sunshine enveloped her skin like a powdered gold light', although it does list coconut and macadamia oil in the ingredients.

Shoppers are insisting that this moisturising lotion smells 'exactly like Brazilian Bum Bum Cream', which famously smells of salted caramel and pistachio.

If you're after the luxurious experience of the Sol de Janeiro cream but don't fancy the price tag, this is a great option and shoppers can't get enough.

One shopper wrote: "Soo gorgeous it’s literally the same smell as the Sol de Janeiro one I have, and the smell of this one lasts all day."

A second penned: "The smell of this is amazing, reminds me a lot of Bum Bum Cream but a fraction of the price!! Doesn’t leave the skin feeling greasy which is what I usually hate about moisturisers, and layers sooo nicely with sweet perfumes. If you’re thinking about buying this DO IT!"

A third said: "Absolutely love this body lotion, it keeps my skin lovely and soft. It's brilliant to use with IOP tanning drops and after to help sustain the tan ! Oh and another thing it does smell exactly like the Brazilian bum bum cream...at a mere fraction of the cost!! Love it."
