After Khloe Kardashian came under fire once again for editing her photos, we want to know if Mirror readers ever do the same?

People often use filters on social media to enhance their appearance for various reasons, usually to present an idealised version of themselves.

While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, critics say the practice can lead to wholly unrealistic expectations of beauty and distort perceptions of what is considered normal or attainable. This can lead to feelings of inadequacy or dissatisfaction with one's natural appearance, thus fuelling a cycle of comparison and self-criticism.

Khloe Kardashian is regularly accused of photoshopping her social media posts, but this time there's been plenty of finger wagging at her apparently enhancing photos of her cat.

The Good American Founder, 39, has a sweet little Russian Blue cat called Grey Kitty. But fans were horrified when the fluffy little feline appeared rather surreal in her recent Instagram upload.

To commemorate Valentine's Day earlier this month, Khloe shared a cute snap of her pet wearing a pink collar. And the snap was seemingly edited, with the pet looking enhanced and more 'perfect' than usual.

Fans of the reality star and fashion mogul have seemingly noticed that the cat's eyes appear to look very green, with her mouth curved into a perfect smile. Some people have also noted how the cat's whiskers appear to be missing in the flawless snap of the opulent kitty.

Reacting to the alleged edited snap, fans have been quick to air their thoughts on the cute photo of Grey Kitty. One person took to Twitter, which is now known as X, to say: "Khloe Kardashian literally face-tuned her cat," complete with a crying emoji.

Meanwhile, on Reddit, one person said: "This is an actual illness at this point her sense of reality is facetuned." A third then said: "Even the pets aren't safe."

"These damn beauty standards are getting out of hand," said another. Someone else then wrote: "Either that or she’s cut its whiskers off? I was sitting here petting my own cat going why is it so uncanny and then the lack of whiskers struck me."

Someone did back up the reality star though, with them jumping to Khloe's defense when they penned: "I wouldn’t be surprised, but this looks like a Russian Blue. Russian Blues are naturally beautiful and of course, very expensive. They are a no filter needed type of kitty."

And another echoed: "I think that cat is just pretty."
