A matter of weeks later, Robin then shared a quote from Dr Thema Bryant. It read: "Trauma teaches you to expect and accept the bare minimum. In this new season, may you adjust your standards and learn to receive the maximum. You are worthy. You are enough. You deserve overflow."

Before his death, Robin enjoyed a trip to South Africa. At the end of January, former Strictly partner Deborah Meaden revealed Robin had met up with her elderly mother while they were both in the country. Just three weeks ago, Robin posted a haunting final photo on Instagram in which he spoke about “hiding” and “darkness”.
