The Chase fans are missing out on a lot of chaos and drama it seems, with a number of scenes cut from the final edit.

Quizzer Jenny Ryan has spilled all on the behind-the-scenes secrets of the hit quiz show, and the moments caught on camera that never make it to edit. In fact, Jenny's hoping that one day they'll get to see all the bits cut by producers, most of which involve host Bradley Walsh.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror at the TV Choice Awards, Jenny confessed there's plenty of goings on during filming that never feature in the episodes. The star revealed that host Bradley gets himself into all kinds of trouble, from bloopers, to blunders and some comments that can't be aired.

Jenny also revealed how long it takes to film each episode of the show, which airs for an hour on ITV including advert breaks. According to Jenny, on a "good day" it can take almost double that amount of time to film if not longer depending on what happens.

She told us: "It will take on a really good day one hour and 40 minutes, two hours maximum... which is around how long it takes to get my hair and makeup done!"

It's then that she detailed all the unaired scenes on the show that she confessed don't even make it into the bloopers. Host Bradley seems to cause carnage on set, disrupting filming and no doubt making it all take longer to finish.

She explained: "There's all sorts of stuff. There is so much stuff that Bradley says or he does, sometimes breaking the set accidentally or falling off the steps. That all gets cut out, it doesn't even make it into the bloopers.

"I'm hoping that one day we are gonna have a mega bloopers, and it's just gonna be Brad falling down or saying something very silly." Jenny also told us what series she prefers out of The Chase and its sister show Beat The Chasers.

In the daytime edition it's one Chaser versus four contestants, and in the latter all six of the Chasers get to take on a contestant. On which series she prefers, Jenny told us: "It's a really tough one because they are so different.

"You've got the razzle dazzle of Beat The Chasers and all six of us are there and so it makes it a really intense experience, and then with the daytime Chase it's just my show, so I get an hour to myself. But it is lovely to do two different shows in the same world, The Chase cinematic universe is expanding and I'm so thrilled to be a part of it."

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV1 and ITVX. * Follow Mirror Celebs and TV on , , , , , and .
