Taylor Swift Super Bowl performance rumours grow as fans remember previous Usher duet

Taylor Swift fans are hoping the musician will pop up to perform with Usher at his halftime show at this year's Super Bowl.

After Taylor performed a sold-out tour in Tokyo this weekend, she is expected to make an appearance at this year's Super Bowl as her boyfriend Travis Kelce takes to the field for his team the Kansas City Chiefs. The singer took her private jet to make it back in time for the game, but now fans are busy discussing a new reason for her return as they wonder if she will join Usher on stage for his halftime performance.

Usher and Taylor have shared a stage before with the pair performing Usher's hit 'Yeah!' in 2011 as part of Taylor's tour 'Speak Now' in 2011 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. As the clip resurfaces online, fans are getting excited at the idea that Taylor might not just be at the Super Bowl on the sidelines.

Taylor is expected to make an appearance at tonight's game, having travelled over 9,000 miles to hotfoot it back from Tokyo to support Travis and his team. Yet even if the Chiefs win at Sunday's game, Taylor won't have long to celebrate with Travis as she has more Eras Tour shows starting in Melbourne, Australia, from Friday.

Taylor Swift won't be the only famous face at the Super Bowl, with Prince Harry expected to make an appearance. Sources have told The Mirror that American football bosses have invited the Duke of Sussex to Sunday's game. An NFL insider said: "It is well known the Prince loves American football, and bosses have extended an invitation to him following his appearance at the awards. This year's Super Bowl is expected to be one of the most watched ever due largely to Taylor being there to support her boyfriend."
