Liz Hurley has wowed fans with her latest bikini snap which appeared to be taken inside a sauna.

The seemingly ageless model and actress, 58, took to Instagram to share a photo of herself in a tiny pink bikini flaunting her flawless figure. In one picture she laid out as she looked straight at the camera. In another, she looked to be breathing in as she turned on her back, or she is so in shape her stomach literally concaves.

Though she already looks great, it seems Liz is getting ready for a body overhaul in a luxury health resort as she told her 2.8 million followers: “Good morning @vivamayrmariawoerth May the exercise, detox and health eating commence.” Her famous pals were quick to comment underneath. Fellow model Abbey Clancy called Liz’s snap “absolute perfection”. Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon wrote: “Wish I was with you! Need it!”

While fans joined in with one pointing out: “You already look the perfection of health and fitness!” Another wrote: “Beautiful lady! Gets better like fine wine!” “I have no words,” said a gobsmacked third. “Looking as lovely as ever!!” said a fourth. And a fifth added: “One of the most beautiful goddesses to ever walk the earth.”

The VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth resorts have been dubbed one of the hardest detox programs in the world. Celebs from Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell to Rita Ora and Nicole Scherzinger are all said to be fans. Rebel Wilson reportedly went to one to kickstart her big ‘year of health’ when she turned 40 and dropped 80lbs (five stone). It’s not the first time Liz has been to one as back in 2018, she credited the ‘brutal’ week-long detox for helping her get her mojo back.

Though she looks great, Liz revealed it takes a lot of hard work to maintain her trim figure. She reportedly visited Lake Wörth in Austria, an exclusive hotel with spa facilities plus a gym and beauty salon to follow the clinic’s signature ‘the cure’ plan, focusing on using natural salts from the lake as part of the detoxification programme established almost 100 years ago.

Once there, guests must follow a strict diet of consuming just 600 calories a day with gluten and dairy off the menu. Epson salts and enemas are said to be given to aid the process, plus medications to reduce acidity in the body. Abdominal massages, mind-body therapies and lessons on things such as how to chew food properly for efficient digestion are also included.

Sharing a photo of herself at the time while at the retreat, which costs around £3,500 per person for a week, Liz shared: “Four days into my detox @vivamayr taking ‘the cure’. It’s brutal but I’m beginning to get my mojo back. Hopefully on my way to a healthier me.” And the experience clearly hasn’t put her off, as Liz – like many celebs who visit the detox resorts at least once a year – is back for more.

Fast forward to 2024 she wrote: “Austria here I come... on my way to @vivamayrmariawoerth where I hope to learn more about trying to get as healthy as possible. When I first visited this clinic in 2010, even though it’s quite tough there, I always feel a whole heap better by the end. Will report back.”
