Emergency services were called to the Beverly Hills mansion of Calvin Harris after a blaze threatened to rip through the property.

It's said smoke was spotted coming from the lavish property after what was reportedly an "electrical mishap". Multiple fire engines were said to have attended the scene after an early morning alarm was raise. Reports suggest the fire was on one of the property's upper floors with as many as 10 fire trucks and 20 responders tending to the flames.

According to TMZ, the blaze occurred on Wednesday night at 8:25 p.m. and thankfully was able to be brought under control but not without created an estimated $100,000 worth in damage. Luckily nobody was harmed from the emergency and the 40-year-old star was reportedly not home at the time of the emergency.

Insiders have since claimed that the fire was discovered to have come from a third-floor of the mansion right near the home theater. The fire ignited in a hidden area that was only able to be accessed through the second-story roof access of the property. Despite the hard-to-reach spot, firefights were able to get the flames under control within around 52 minutes.

Eyewitnesses of the fire reported that they had seen ambulances arriving at the scene as well as helicopters flying overhead. It is still unclear whether the helicopters were involved in the emergency response to the burning home or whether they were news helicopters.

The beautiful lavish mansion featuring 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms is reported to be on the market now and worth $25 million. The Grammy award-winning artist previously purchased the 117,176-square-foot property back in 2014 paying a whopping $15 million for the home, according to property records.

The massive increase in value of the home comes as much of the property has been modernized and renovated since the star moved in. While it remains unclear which areas of the home have been impacted by the fire, the property did feature a number of luxurious amenities including an in-home movie theater, a gym, a two-story guest house, a five-car garage, and a security office.
