Justin Timberlake considers tell-all interview with Oprah after Britney drama
Justin Timberlake is considering an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey over his Britney Spears drama.
It comes after the former "it" couple hit headlines when Britney opened up about their "turbulent" romance in her bombshell memoirs The Woman In Me. Now, the Sexyback singer Justin is considering tell-all chat with Oprah Winfrey to share his version of events.
A source told the Daily Mail: "Justin is really not happy how things have gone down. He wanted his new music to speak for itself, but it's clearly not happening."
It's no wonder Justin might decide to speak out about his version of events. Just last week, the former *NSYNC star got on the wrong side of Britney Spears' fans after he apparently dissed her during a concert. The 43-year-old was promoting his new music at the time.
The insider added: "The idea of a sit-down chat with someone like Oprah was floated months ago and is now back on the cards." Meanwhile Britney seems to have lashed out at her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake after he refused to apologise for the way he treated her during their relationship.
Oprah Winfrey snubs Harry and Meghan as expert claims 'the tide has turned'Taking to Instagram earlier this month, Britney shared a picture of a basketball hoop with the moon shining behind it. "Someone told me someone was talking s**t about me on the streets !!! Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time ??? I'm not sorry !!!" she wrote in the caption.
Britney seemed to be referencing Justin's comment at his gig when he said he has nobody he needs to apologise to. During a performance at Irving Plaza, he was filmed telling the crowd: "I'd like to take this opportunity to apologise to absolutely f***ing nobody."
Fans who attended the show took to social media to claim he made the harsh comment before singing his infamous break-up song about his relationship with Britney, Cry Me A River. Britney previously apologised for offending anyone in her biography The Woman In Me. She added: "I wanna apologize for some of the things I wrote about in my book."
She added: "If I offended any of the people I genuinely care about I am deeply sorry. I also wanted to say I am in love with Justin Timberlake's new song 'Selfish' It is so good."
In Britney's memoir she alleged Justin encouraged her to have an abortion during their relationship as he told her he wasn't ready to be a dad. Britney also accused Justin of cheating on her and breaking up with her over text.
