When it comes to saving money in the kitchen, brands including Ninja, Instant and Tefal stick out to money-conscious shoppers, as it's become a well-known tip that ditching a conventional oven for worktop gadgets like air fryers can help cut energy bills. And to make the savings feel even bigger, one popular Ninja air fryer has dropped in price.

The Ninja Air Fryer Max can now be bought for a lot less as it drops by £90 in a seemingly discreet sale. The one-draw device was originally £189.99 but if you add to the cart now you'll get it for a much cheaper £99.99 price.

The family-sized air fryer comes with five different cooking settings from the classic air fry to roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate. And with a 5.2-litre basket, it's enough for users to cook a 2KG whole chicken on 1.4KG worth of fries.

As stated on the Ninja site the AirFryer Max uses 75% less fat than traditional cooking methods, as users don't have to coat their food in oil to get a crispy result. It's here where the money-saving element is put to the test too as Ninja states it's '50% faster than fan ovens' a feature that helps cut users' bills.

And its not the only worktop gadget available for a fraction of the price in Ninja's sale. Heading over to the sale page shoppers can also find £80 off the Woodfire Pro XL Electric BBQ Grill & Smoker, £39.99 off the Foodi Health and Grill with Steak Knives Bundle, as well as £59.98 off the Woodfire Outdoor Oven, Pizza Maker, and Smoker (that comes packed with a cover and stand).

Ninja knocks £90 off popular air fryer making it one of cheapest times to buyThe popular Ninja Foodi air fryer next to the highly-anticipated DoubleStack air fryer, that's launching in 2024 (Narin Flanders)

The price drops on Ninja's popular air fryers, outdoor grills and pizza ovens come as the brand is expected to drop a handful of brand new 2024 devices. Last week the shopping team at The Mirror got a sneak peek at the new gadgets Ninja are expected to launch any day from now, an event which also included some soon-to-be must-haves from rival Shark too.

Covering the event, Narin Flanders said: "Mirror Choice has been given a sneak peek at more than 20 different products set to hit UK shelves as well as the Shark and Ninja websites and other online retailers for 2024 as part of the event and all I can say is, even with the brand’s ethos of keeping premium products affordable, Cleantok fans and foodies alike had better start saving."

Upcoming new kitchen product launches included a Ninja DoubleStack XL Air Fryer, which will take up a lot less space on your worktop without sacrificing on the cooking capacity, and a Ninja Combi Multi-Cooker Oven and Air Fryer.

If you're on the lookout for a cheaper air fryer then Amazon has an eye-catching deal on the COSORI Air Fryer 5.5L, which also comes with an air fryer cookbook. At £66.49 it's quite a bit cheaper than Ninja models.

Currys also has a small, budget-friendly option, the LOGIK LAF21 Air Fryer which is £29.99.
