The Traitors' Diane looks like a 'young Victoria Beckham' in 21st birthday snap
The Traitors' Diane Carson was told she looked the spit of a young Victoria Beckham after uploading a throwback to turning 21.
The 63-year-old, who signed up for the BBC show with her son Ross, has become a firm favourite since the programme hit our screens last month. Since finding fame, Diane has become the mother of the nation - not to mention an accidental ambassador for fizzy rosé.
Retired teacher Diane became an icon after only seven episodes on the reality game, which sees players embroiled in lies and deception for their chance of taking home £120,000. She previously revealed she applied to the show on a whim, and never thought she would be chosen. She kept it secret from her family and her husband only found out accidentally.

Writing alongside the snap, she captioned it: "At my 'sneaky' 21st birthday party, arranged in my house when Mum and Dad were on holiday! Still clearly loving the pink back then...."
The snap was a little grainy, but fans couldn't let Diane dodge comparisons to some stars of today. Aging like a fine fizzy wine di," one person penned, referencing her signature drink. She looked ice cool as she lounged in a dining chair in a very 1970s-esque living room as she posed nonchalantly for the shot. Diane had her brown hair styled in a classic pixie crop and sported minimal makeup with an all over glowing tan.

Elsewhere, other fans couldn't help but liken her to a young Posh Spice as they complimented the vintage pic. "Looking like young Victoria Beckham," a fan typed, as another agreed, adding: "Wowser, always knew you were super glam." Wearing a loose fitted pale pink and white striped dress, complete with white oversized statement earrings and a pair of black strapped heels.
Ross recently confessed he initially said no to the BBC show because he was worried about working with his mum. Ross didn't want to do the show but she managed to change his mind and they even kept their family connection a secret from all the other contestants.
"I got through about three-quarters through the rounds and they said 'Would any of your children like to take part?' So to be fair most of them would have done because we're great games players, but the eldest two have got children and were both moving house at the time, so I thought Ross was the best bet," she explained.
Speaking toDaily Star, she added: "He originally said 'Mum. I'm not doing it. I'm not having you tell me what to do on national TV' and I said: 'I'll be telling everybody what to do so don't worry about it. You won't be any different' so he decided to give it a go as well. We didn't really have any game plan. It was just to be quiet and not tell anybody ever that he was my son."
Ross and Diane weren't initially chosen as Traitors by host Claudia Winkleman. However, following Diane's dramatic exit, Ross was selected to join the dark side by Harry and Andrew just days before the final. This means he knows exactly who is responsible for his mum's "death".
