Holly Willoughby has continued her return into the public eye after she was snapped on a night out with pals Rylan Clark and Harry Clark, who recently won BBC show The Traitors.

The 42-year-old former This Morning host has spent a few months away from the limelight but Holly returned to TV at the beginning of January when she took up the helm on ITV's Dancing On Ice, alongside Stephen Mulhern following Phillip Schofield's decision to quit the channel in controversial circumstances.

After a "year of hell" in 2023, Holly is slowly making this year a better place for her and she was all smiles while posing for pics as she enjoyed drinks with Rylan and Harry. She shared a pic of her while on the night out onto her Instagram Stories and in a nod to The Traitors, she captioned that snap with: "100% Faithful."

It comes after Dancing on Ice hostHolly, who is the founder of her own lifestyle brand Wylde Moon, posted a cryptic message on social media. The brand promises "guidance to help you reconnect with yourself" and posted a teaser for a seven-step ritual to help "let go" on Instagram.

"This 'letting go' ritual can help you move forward," the post read as the caption added: "Letting things go can be one of the biggest challenges we face in our lives. We’re emotionally complex, and often find ourselves holding on to what no longer serves us. This 7-step ritual will truly help you to let go. Promise." (sic) The ritual encourages readers to focus on a "negative thought pattern, a habit, a past experience, or anything that no longer serves you" and write it down before "releasing" it by setting it alight."

With Holly heading for new horizons, her ITV co-star Lorraine Kelly recently addressed the former presenting duo's departure from This Morning. Lorraine told Women and Home: "If you'd told me at the start of last year that Holly and Phil Schofield wouldn't be on This Morning, I wouldn't have believed you. But you know what? The show will continue. She'll be fine."

Lorraine also reassured fans about Phillip and added: "He'll be fine. Eventually. It will all be OK." Lorraine also had a separate message for the former TV duo, saying: "They're good people, I miss them. They're smashing, they made me laugh a lot and every time I was on This Morning as a guest, they were a delight."
