Strictly's Karen Hauer posts first photo with new rugby player boyfriend
Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Hauer has finally found love again with rugby player boyfriend Simon Davidson.
The professional dancer, 41, who split with her third husband Jordan Wyn-Jones back in October last year looked the picture of happiness as she posted a picture of themselves. Taking to Instagram, Karen is seen cosying up to Simon dressed in a pair of black figure-hugging pleather trousers teamed with a matching halter-neck top.
Staring lovingly up at Simon, the professional sportsman - who paid tribute to Karen on Instagram last week - is also seen placing a loving arm around her waist as he holds his phone up to take the picture. Karen chose to post the snap without a caption but instead posted a black love heart to accompany the picture.

Last week Monday, the BBC star's boyfriend also posted a picture of the pair. And alongside the picture, he wrote: "Things can change in an instant [heart emoji]. Try to live in the moment you never know what may happen #love #2024 #live #38."
Within minutes, his social media account was flooded with comments by some of their celebrity friends. The first was actress and radio host Gemma Atkinson who added heart-eye emojis. And her partner Gorka Marquez who she shares two children with wrote: "Look at you two!![heart-eyes emoji]." And Karen's celebrity partner Eddie Kadi also posted fire emojis underneath the post.

Just weeks before going Instagram official, the pair sparked rumours of a romance when they were spotted leaving a Birmingham hotel where Karen was staying during the Strictly tour. This comes after Karen's ex husband confirmed his marriage had broken down. Speaking exclusively to the Mail on Sunday, the fitness instructor who tied the knot with Karen in 2022, said:"Karen's dedicated to her career, which she has worked really hard for. She's amazing and I admire her for it. That's one of the reasons I wanted to marry her – because of how powerful she is."
The couple separated after having different views on starting a family. While he was keen to have children, Karen was reportedly reluctant. Explaining the moment they decided to end their marriage he continued: "There were tears on both sides. A lot of tears and sadness. We didn't want to let go of each other but we're also not right for each other. If we'd stayed together and we didn't have a family, I felt I would have ended up resenting her. This is the perfect moment for us to love each other and leave each other."
Strictly stars Ellie Leach and Bobby Brazier were all smiles earlier this month as they greeted fans outside their hotel after completing another of their Strictly tour performances. The 22-year-old former Coronation Street star and the 20-year-old EastEnders actor have been at the centre of speculation of a romance. But the pair failed to confirm rumours as they left the hotel separately.
