I have been 'hair oiling' for the last two months and the results are incredible

It has been a long time coming for me to really get into a haircare routine again. I am a sucker for a skincare routine and will do everything in my power to keep my skin glowing and healthy, but ask me to look after my hair (in the past) I have been pretty useless.

Other than the odd hair mask and conditioning it with each wash, I have not really looked after my hair in any other way. So that's when I decided enough is enough, and purchased the Pantene Coconut Infused Oil.

Hair Oiling has been a must try on my list for some time, so without hesitation (and after stupidly dying my hair pink in October and ruining my hair with a couple of box dye bleaches), I got to using the oil every night before bed for the next two months.

Fast forward to now, and you would not believe the difference in texture, thickness and most of all the lack of breakage.

My hair feels incredibly strong, which when I think back to a couple of months ago, it was dry, I had a very irritated scalp and it seemed lifeless and unbearable to do anything with.

There are not many products I stick to as such for my hair- I will always use a top brand purple shampoo & conditioner, any hair mask I can find which deals with restoring and strengthening my quite fine hair AND a good heat protecting spray- but generally, I could definitely look after my hair much better.

So, the introduction of a good, nourishing hair oil has been missing for quite some time from my haircare routine. Some oils I have trialled have left my hair feeling quite greasy, but I am yet to have that from using this Pantene.

The Pantene oil also smells beautiful. I am a massive sucker for anything coconut scented and this one takes you right to the beach with it's intense, sun tan lotion-like punch of fragrance.

I have found that when using the likes of Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Oil Hair Oil for Frizzy & Curly Hair and the Moroccan Treatment Light, I have had similar results, but the one defying win for Pantene's oil is that it is much more affordable.

Another plus for me with this oil is that I can use it for ALL hair type days- when your hair needs a wash, before washing to give it a good boost of goodness, after wash day for a sleeker finish or to tidy up a nice neat bun at the end of the day. In a nutshell.... it's extremely versatile.

You can pick up the Pantene Coconut Infused Oil at Savers, Amazon and Notino.co.uk.
