M&S’s Chanel-style cardigan now comes in a cosy boucle version and we need it

Now, we know how popular this £35 stunning tweed jacket from Marks & Spencer’s proved to be, but you’ll be delighted to hear that we’ve just spotted another Chanel-style cardigan that’s made from supersoft bouclé fabric - and to say we’re obsessed would be an understatement.

This stunning £39.50 bouclé knitted cardigan boasts a flattering V-neckline, two patch pockets at the waist and stylish gold metallic buttons at the front which is giving us major Chanel vibes, and makes it look more expensive than it is, in our opinion.

One thing we love about this cardigan is that it’s super easy-to-wear, and can be worn layered in the winter with a pair of jeans and a long-sleeve top, or in the summer with a cute dress making it the perfect investment piece thanks to its versatility and ability to dress up any outfit.

The cardigan comes in both black and beige colourways

You can grab the cardigan in two shades; a classic black or beige, and it’s still available in all sizes from an extra-small to an extra-large - however, we have a feeling it’ll sell out quickly, so we’d grab one now if we were you. The only thing we don't like is that it doesn't come in more colours!

The neutral tones are not only on-trend but also make it a great cardigan for pairing with almost anything in your wardrobe - from day to night-time looks.

On the M&S website, the retailer has paired the black cardigan with a casual white t-shirt which can be bought in a two-pack for £15 here, a pair of £35 wide-leg jeans and these chic £75 Leather Kitten Heel Chisel Toe Ankle Boots - all from M&S.

For the beige colour way, M&S has opted for a matching beige t-shirt underneath, a flattering pair of High Waisted Wide Leg Cargo Jeans for £45, and a pair of casual Leather Lace Up Chunky Trainers which can be bought here for £55.

If the bouclé style isn't for you, we've spotted a similar alternative that's just as chic, but boasts tweed fabric and a chic collarless neckline. Priced slightly more at £75, the stunning tweed jacket has been compared to pricier styles from Chanel and Massimo Dutti thanks to its 'expensive-looking' tweed look and luxe gold button detailing.

Another boucle cardigan we love is River Island's Cream Boucle Knit Crop Cardigan, and while it costs a bit more at £45, it's a huge hit with shoppers online.
