Love Island stars were left reeling over one Islander's decision in the recoupling on Thursday night on the ITV2 series.

Toby Aromolaran shocked his co-stars with which girl he decided to couple up with, leaving current partner Arabella Chi furious. The latest recoupling saw the boys get to pick which girl to be coupled up with, while new bombshells Casey O'Gorman and Joanna Chimonides were allowed to pick first.

Casey went with Kaz Kamwi, while Joanna opted for Chris Taylor. The recoupling certainly ruffled some feathers, but there was a shock for many as Toby made his choice.

He declared he had picked Georgia Steel, his ex and former villa flame, leaving the whole group shocked. He claimed he had a real opportunity to test a real connection with someone that could work outside the villa, despite things not working previously.

His partner Arabella was left saying: "It's always me..." as the decision sent shockwaves around the villa, including with Georgia's partner Callum Jones. Toby said: "Fortune favours the brave, and in this situation you've got to be the bravest."

Sophie Piper called his decision "madness" as she slammed him for not warning Arabella prior to the recoupling. Those around the fire pit shook their heads and gasped, as Georgia sat in silence after Toby's decision to steal her from Callum.

Earlier in the episode, Arabella and Toby were grilled by their co-stars after "doing bits" in the villa. Yet out of nowhere the next evening, Toby decided it was Georgia he wanted to get to know better.

It comes as viewers couldn't help but notice Georgia and new girl Joanna seemingly ignoring each other in a recent episode. Joanna was the latest bombshell to enter the villa with fellow newcomer Casey O'Gorman on the All Stars series, after four Islanders were dumped from the island.

But fans spotted something about the way Georgia reacted to Joanna's arrival that sparked feud rumours. Not only that, but many fans watching at home then remembered the pair are meant to be best pals, often in videos and Instagram posts together.

Amid friends of the girls admitting the pair may not be on talking terms at the moment, fans were quick to notice the frosty atmosphere between them. Then, as Joanna got to know the existing Islanders, it was quite noticeable that Georgia was not sat with her and didn't seem to be excited to see her close pal.

Not only that, but they were not seen talking to each other at all throughout the episode despite knowing each other. While some fans questioned if it was the editing and maybe they did not show it, viewers were sure there was more to it. Many guessed that the pair would end up discussing their possible feud on the show, sure there was a story there.
