EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa looked incredible as she showed off her weight loss on social media following her return to Albert Square.

The mum-of-two showed off figure as she posed for a selfie in front of her mirror. The actress wowed in a khaki top and slim denim jeans, and rocked a glamourous make-up look. Taking to her Instagram page recently, Jossa modelled the stunning outfits that feature in her clothing collection with In The Style.

The 31-year-old was showered with compliments from fans under the photos, with one person writing: "How did you lose your weight? You looked great before but can tell you've lost a bit and would love some advice from one busy mam to another." Another person chimed in: "Wow you've lost loads of weight xx" A third person said: "Looking fabulous" while a second gushed: "I love this collection."

Jacqueline, who reprised her role as Lauren Branning on EastEnders, has previously stunned fans with her figure after posing in her gym wear back in October. She sported a light blue sports bra and a matching pair of figure-hugging leggings, after a workout. The actress admits going to the gym regularly has helped her shed the pounds. Back in 2021, she confessed she was ready to get back into shape after gaining weight during the lockdown periods.

It comes after the mum-of-two revealed that she has been coping with crippling anxiety and has been in therapy for 14 years. In an interview with The Sun, she said: "I think everyone should have therapy. It’s absolutely amazing. Sometimes I’ll be in my bath and think, ‘Isn’t it crazy that I’m in a bath, in a bathroom, in a house, on a street, in a town, in a city, in a country, with water around me then I’m on a planet and then I’m in a galaxy’.

"I worry about whether I said the wrong thing to blah blah this morning. That’s probably not even thought of in their head. You worry about things that probably don’t even exist in the real world. And I realise that I’m just a dot on this planet and there’s so much more and that always brings me back down. It just makes me think, ‘This too shall pass, you’re going to be OK'."

Jacqueline also said how she overthinks situations but it's possible to simply let them 'wash away' - four years after he husband admitted to cheating. She said: "We don't have to worry too much about what everyone else is thinking about that one little thing that we did that probably hasn't crossed anyone else's mind'. You can learn from it. You can move on from it and then you can let it wash away.'"
